A Native of Boston, Massachusetts, Dan relocated to Denver in 2005, then again in 2012.
He has Colorado in his veins, and the design style at Oak & Iron reflects a clean, crisp space with just the right touch of rustic to capture what we believe is the spirit of this most beautiful part of the country.
Oak & Iron’s birth was a result of its sister company, Peak Custom Construction’s need to have design and material support. Oak’s intention is to provide high quality, custom designed products within a reasonable price.

Katie, a Colorado native, wife to her high school sweetheart and mother to two beautiful daughters. She began her working career as a registered nurse and has been a nurse for 15 years. In recent years she stepped away from hospital bedside nursing to be more available for her family and became a mortgage lender. She has grown this business with the help of her community. Katie has a passion for working with and helping people. From nursing to lender, her joy comes from being with people on their important days and helping them through it.
